Anxiety, sleep and learning: a space for herbal medicines?
CME Course – Saturday, September 19, 2020 – IRCCS Stella Maris Calambrone (PI)
Anxiety and sleep: clinical correlation and treatment
Dr. Gabriele Masi
This course proposes a re-evaluation of phytotherapy in a modern key, highlighting the fact that herbal medicines are part of the overall therapeutic baggage that conventional medicine has at its disposal and within which the doctor can make a choice based on what he considers most useful for the patient.
The choice of when and how to apply phytotherapy must be made exclusively following scientific and clinical considerations. This is especially true in pediatrics, especially in the area of mental health, where the use of phytotherapy is a real resource for health protection.
